Real Canadian Superstore:

  • Strawberries (2lb): $4.94
  • Roma tomatoes: $1.97/lb
  • Farmer’s Market Kiwi (2lb): $5.99
  • Country Harvest bread: 2 for $6.00 (must be purchased in pairs)
  • Celebration cookies (240g): $1.97
  • Christie Crackers: $2.00
  • Iogo yogurt (16x100g): $5.47

No Frills:

  • Strawberries (2lb): $4.94
  • Schneiders or Maple Leaf bacon (375g): $3.99

FreshCo:

  • Lean ground beef (1.1kg): $10 – works out to $4.13/lb which isn’t great, but is probably better than you’ll do anywhere else this week based on what is advertised
  • Clementines (3lb): $4.97
  • Cucumber: $1.00 (must buy 3 or more)
  • Roma tomatoes: $1.97/lb
  • Asparagus: $2.47/lb
  • General Mills cereal (516-778g): $5.47, buy 2 get 200pts effectively making them $4.47ea

Save on Foods:

  • $1.49 deals on Tuesday March 19 – items to be determined, but these are often a good deal if they are something that you need/want
  • Country Harvest break: $2.99, must purchase 3 or more
  • Iceberg garden salad (340g): $1.49
  • Carrots (5lb): $5.49 – this is not a good price, but this week 5lbs of carrots was $7.49 at Superstore so this may be the best you can do (or be useful for a price match at another store)
  • Western Family bacon (375g): $2.99 (loadable offer, limit 1)

Calgary Coop:

  • Tomatoes on the vine: $2.49/lb + 20% bonus cash effectively making them $1.99/lb
  • Heinz beans (398ml): $1.50 + 30% bonus cash effectively making them $1.05ea
