Calgary Grocery Deals (Apr 4 - 10, 2024) lists the following:

Real Canadian Superstore:

  • Cantaloupe: $2.96 (good, but Walmart is better this week)
  • Avocado (bag of 5 or 6): $2.96 (it’s not clear if the app offer for No Frills also applies at Superstore or not)
  • Country Harvest bread: $2.97 (good, but Walmart is better this week)
  • No Name naturally imperfect apples (8lb): $8.00
  • Farmer’s Market grape tomatoes (2lb): $5.99
  • Kellogg’s family size cereal: Buy 2, get 4,000 points (price match Walmart where these are advertised at $5.47, effectively making them $3.47ea when purchased in pairs)

No Frills:

  • Suraj dry beans or lentils (1.8kg): $3.99, buy 1 get 1,000pts (app offer) effectively making them $2.99
  • Lean ground beef (1.1kg): $9.99 (this works out to just over $4/lb so Save on Foods or Sobeys/Safeway is a slightly better deal)
  • Avocado (bag of 5 or 6): $2.96, buy 1 get 1,000pts (app offer) effectively making them $1.96 which is an excellent price
  • Cosmic Crisp apples (5lb): $6.99
  • Cucumbers (3): $3.99
